All orders take approximately 1–3 working days to process before they are shipped.Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the shipping time will depend on the delivery option selected at checkout.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.

Normal Shipping

Delivery Information
Please make sure that your delivery address and contact information are correct when placing your order. Trail Flow cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is handled by the selected shipping provider.
